My Xbox one still system update almost daily. I even had to update the store twice yesterday

I don’t believe insider program would make my used Xbox One do update that often. Xbox One is already old, series x came out 5 years already. Im a poor casual gamer and mostly used it for streaming. i bought it used so I don’t know how to get out of the insider program anyways. But I don’t want to have to do update every time i turn it on especially with my weak internet that takes a long time to finish
