Is Severitus mostly used for Snape being Harry’s biological father? Or father figure?

I’ve looked this up and read a few discussions and I still can’t really determine what the consensus is.

Does the Severitus tag refer to a “father figure” or biological father?

I keep going back and forth on tagging my Father Figure!Severus fic as Severitus.
