Ketoconazole 2% shampoo. 22/M

So, I'm shedding like 20-30 hairs in shower alone and also when I run my hand through my hair like 1-2 every time it just started 15 days back. Never had any issues. So I don't have dandruff, so what's the use of ketoconazole shampoo 2%, I used it one time only.
