Underskirts

We are doing a gothic Victorian themed wedding and I really want the hip cage and massive poof petty-coat to go under my ballgown, does anyone have any ideas where to buy such garments?? I see some on Amazon but I’m worried they won’t be sturdy enough to hold up the dress
