How do Homeless people get ID or Driver's License?

Went to the DMV today they required like a passport social security card other forms of ID residency taxes utility bills it was a lot. And if you're homeless you don't really get that and you need an ID or driver's license to get a job. I'm just curious

So how do homeless people get IDs in Kansas?
