$2.50-2.75 sf in Southwest Michigan?

GC building out of my normal area and trying to figure out if $2.50/sf for walls and $2.75/sf for ceilings is a fair price in the Kalamazoo, MI area? This is labor only to hang and L4 finish for a small new residential build. 1,800 sf of ceiling and 5,800 sf of wall.
