Performance issue on my RX590 since 25.8.1 update

Hi i have a huge performance decrease on my rx590 since the 25.8.1 update

Here are my specs : GPU: amd rx590 CPU: amd Ryzen 5 3400g Motherboard : asustek tuf b450 plus gaming

I mainly play fallout 4 and xcom 2

On fallout 4 i was running it on 75fps on average now im at 40fps

Xcom2 60fps now im at 20-30

I tried to uninstaled it and instal previous drivers update on it but it doesn't work

So if anyone can help me i would be really grateful
