New standing requirements for Insurgencies

The change in standings needed to join the insurgencies must have pulled the rug from under a lot of players. I got kicked out of Angles because my standings are no longer high enough, even though I'd been in it for a year. Ridiculous! Also, I was in the middle of doing the Gurista epic arc, so I could switch to them when they changed it. My base standings were -7.7 with the Gurista's because I'd been using them as my rating punch bag for years. I did the epic arc, and it went up to -1.4 or something, which was a great gain. I then went and did the 4 cosmos missions where you hand over some gas and get a standing boost, but it wasn't enough. I'm still 0.4 standings short of being able to join. What are my options now? I don't want to do another massive epic arc like the sisters of Eve one. How can I gain the 0.4 base standing fast? I tried doing a few level 1 missions for the Gurista's but its not having any effect on the faction standings.
