I had someone tell me that what I was put through was abuse. Is it?

Im going to list a few major things that had happened through my previous relationship and i want the honest opinions about it and nothing less. My ex would constantly go through my phone behind my back, stalk my location 100% of the time, and even when it was on would complain about me going out to 'cheat'. i had to respond within a certain amount of time to messages or it would be a problem (like half hour max and she would start calling me) and if i didnt she would call my parents and ask what i was doing, i had to remove all girls on my socials, including stuff like instagram where I dont use it to message people or anything but i just follow friends, and even made me remove one of her best mates on snap because apparently she was 'desperate', she would try and gaslight me in to admitting to things that didn't happen. I feel like I was just controlled throughout my relationship and i want honest opinions on it.
