Final offer

Hello everyone, I’ve received my final offer for Ag Specialist and was wanting to ask about the one time call? Do new locations change when it comes to that time? All the ones presented to me right now are very far away from where I want to be. Also, who do I speak to about that call? The hiring center or my case manager ?
