A question about buying a resold Travis Scott Delhi Silver ticket, especially with the name/ID rules. Can anyone help?

I've been reading up on the concert, and the official event promoter, BookMyShow Live, said that tickets would only be sold on their platform and that they would become invalid if resold or offered for sale. They also have a "lead booker" policy where the original purchaser might need to be present with their ID to get a group in. I also heard that after the Coldplay concert issues, the Maharashtra Cyber Cell issued an order that tickets for high-demand events must have the buyer's name printed on them and that a government-issued ID must be checked at the gate. Since the tickets are being home-delivered about a week before the show, and will likely have the original buyer's name on them, how would entry work for a resold ticket that's in someone else's name? Has anyone had experience with this kind of situation at other big concerts in India? I just want to make sure I don't get stuck outside the venue. Any advice would be really helpful!
