How to trick GFN into Windows -> File Explorer?

I am trying to play Ori and the Blind Forest which has a known bug limiting the game resolution to 1440p.

The solution is to check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application" in Windows on the game's .exe file, then the game allows 4K.

Is this doable in any way? I remember in the past for some GFN games I got into Windows by mistake :)
