Airplane incident

Hello, everyone ! I am seeking a legal advice on what to done, in the recent westjet flight incident in St marteen, still waiting to figure out the cause but many people including did suffered mentally, and some people did have physical harm. For me, I did get diagnosed with acute stress disorder kinda like PTSD from licensed psychiatrist. Due to these people aren't able to enjoy vacations and some people cannot focus on their study and work.

What can be done in these situation?
