Can't load into 2.0

Wanted to get back into the game, even if just to claim my free lines. I get halfway through the load screen and then it gets stuck, either sayting optimizing files or loading game client. I have tried: Fresh reinstall, install through steam, disable antivirus altogether + whitelist, delete preferences folder, delete all related appdata folder, disable ipv6, update graphics driver, update windows, run in windows 8 compatibility mode. I know there is a similar post about 10 days old but havent seen any fixes that have worked yet. Anyone else having the same? I dont even know what else to try.
