70 Great Keys and not a single 3* unit. Did the rates get worse with this new update?

Come on, man... wtf is it with these rates. 70 Great Keys and only four dupes of 2* units that I don't even play? If I don't get Namor in the next 10 pulls, then I am officially done with this greedy ass game.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did the rates just get worse with this new update? When I pulled for IW, I got her, a dupe, and her highlight. Now I can't even get Namor. And I'd been saving specifically for him :/
