Changes in Apay ICICI CC

1. International Forex Mark-up has been reduced to 1.99%.

2. Certain transactions will not be eligible for cashback:

•   For transactions on Amazon.in, Amazon Pay and Amazon Partners, no cashback on transactions on gold coins, EMI, rent, tax payments and education
     
  

•   For other Merchant transactions: no cashback on transactions on EMI, rent, fuel, tax, education, utilities and international transactions.
  

Above mentioned changes will be effective from 11th October 2025.
