How to freeze refrigerated milk?

I am FTM and 4 weeks postpartum and trying to create a small freezer stash for when needed in future.

I am pumping twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening. I want to combine and store this.

Morning pumped milk - store in a bottle in refrigerator - Bottle 1 Evening pumped milk - Bottle 2 - store in another bottle in refrigerator for an hour. Then add this to bottle 1

Now, when I want to transfer Bottle 1 (morning and evening pumped milk) to freezer bag, how do I transfer the solid fat that is stuck to the bottle to the freezer bag as well.

1. Can I swirl it and keep at room temp for 15 mins before transferring it to the freezer bag?
2. Also should I refrigerate the freezer bag first and then transfer milk so that the bag is chilled before transferring milk?

Sorry if this sounds stupid. But just want to be cautious before doing so.
