Needing help verify/logging in account (military overseas)

So i'm currently stationed overseas in Germany and I've tried contacting customer service to get a code to login and then change my number, but since I can't get my account number I'm not able to verify and they tell me the only way I can verify myself is to go to a physical branch to verify. Is there any other way I could potentially verify or am I just out of luck?
