Best way to back up Graphene when switching back to evil android?

So the RCS thing has already affected my work and sadly I think this is my tipping point back to base Android... 😮‍💨 is there any way to back up my GrapheneOS stuff to restore on base android? I'm sure that goes against the point of having something private like GrapheneOS, so I'm not counting on it. However, I have a very busy job, so it would be very helpful if that exists!
