Trying to organize a memorial - looking for outdoor spaces in the area

Hi y’all, my dad passed away in late June and it’s taken my family a while to organize something. His memorial is mid October at a local funeral home. My family is trying to find an outdoor space with a pavilion in the area (Albany proper or slingerlands) to gather afterwards to eat. I realize it may be cold, or rainy, but we don’t want to spend $$$ and we will likely have 40-50 people attending. Does anyone have any suggestions?
