digital coach position

if a digital coach position in a supercenter has a extremely high turnover is that role just a set up for failure?

tl said 15 coaches in 3 years (some quit but not sure if it was get fired or quit type of resignation)

how fast can a new minted coach be fired for metrics / how fast can u realistically turn around a poorly performing digital area

TLDR don’t want to enter a role doomed to fail
