Kilmaresh Quest Glitched?

Hello everyone.

I'm in the last task of the Kilmaresh quest, i have already given the small tortoise (and all possible animals, even got the achievement) to the medusa, i've given the Ivory Lyre (i bought it from the quest item npc in Thais, but since, i have gone to the local with the bag to grab it, and it was empty), and as you can see in the print i have already kill 300 of both the Gladiators and the Sun Priestesses...

I don't know why the medusa doesn't let me finish the quest, she only answers hi - mission - yes with

Alyxo: You don't seem to be honest. Return if you have completed all the tasks.

What do i do? Am i missing something? :/
