Nipple discharge

Age: 26F, weight: 174 pounds, Location on body: right nipple, duration of complaint: since September 9th, 2025. I don't smoke and am on no illegal drugs or alcohol. Health problems: osa/csa sleep apnea (use CPAP), moderate asthma, arachnoid brain cyst (right middle lobe of brain), myoclonus jerks, history of insomnia, auditory hallucinations during the day (not schizophrenia), dysautonomia (suspected POTS), thyroid disorder, low iron/ferritin, low vitamin D3, history of PVC's, surgically absent gallbladder, NAFLD, history of nipple eczema (both nipples). Last flare up of Nipple eczema was on August 21st, 2025 to August 23rd, 2025, haven't touched my nipples to put nipple balm on them since then. My symptoms started on September 9th, 2025 I started to have an off white liquid leak from my right nipple. I felt a burning and stinging feeling in my right nipple so I took off my shirt and inspected around my nipple, touching the areola and breast tissue but not the nipple itself. It started to leak a off white cream colored liquid, at most 2 or 3 drops it leaks at a time. It leaked 3 times that night suddenly with no nipple stimulation, started to feel what I would describe as cramping in my right breast that night. September 10th, 2025, my right nipple started to leak on its own when I was taking a shower in the morning, no nipple stimulation. September 11th, 2025, went to cup my breasts and scoop them into the bra I am wearing and the right nipple started to leak the same off white cream colored liquid and I feel mild cramping in my right breast today. Family history of metastatic breast cancer, moms side of the family. Never been sexually active, pregnant, lactating or breast feeding.
