AVIAN Theories Please

I need help with an itch that no one has scratched yet & it’s the mystery with the Avian’s identity.

Everyone keeps saying that Judi is the Avian but after Isaac retired Judi (ate her brains) the Avian appeared on screen once again right before the Season Finale credits rolled.

The writers spent so much time connecting subplots to the main story I just don’t want to believe that Judi’s death was the end of the Avian story. I also don’t think the writers would have included that little detail if it wasn’t central to season 3’s plot.

Judi’s powers may give her control over her “beautiful black winged friends” doesn’t mean that the Avian isn’t someone who’s maybe a shapeshifter or something.

Does anyone have any good theories about the Avian?
