Best affordable 4G flip phone with smart app support?

hey! I've been hunting for a flip phone for a while but can’t find one that has everything I want. I'm considering the cat s22 flip, but I'm not sure if it’s worth it or if there’s a better option. I need it to run smart apps (uber, etc.) so I can fully ditch my iPhone, and I'd prefer something not as big as the samsung folder 2. any recommendations? -must have worldwide shipping-
