Good DAC and wire for artti t10?

Hey, just got my first iem, and I'm currently using an apple dongle. I heard that the t10s are very power hungry since they're planars, and the usual recommendation is the jcally jm 20, ka11, and ja11, with the consensus generally being ka11 sounds the best and breaks the fastest, ja11 is good but has low power, and jm20 doesn't sound as good. Are there any other budget options?

Same thing happening with the cable, but only because I really hate the silver look of the wire, was thinking of getting something like tripowin noire but that's bc idrk what I want just like a black cable that helps with bass and isn't too uncomfortable. (Even though cables don't actually help that much with sound quality).
