I 17 F and my partner 19 F were talking and he thinks its weird to share an airbnb bed with my dad

I am 17 years old and my partner is 19. He lives in detroit and i am planning to spend the weekend over there to meet his family. My dad is driving and also meeting his family. My boyfriend thinks its weird my dad booked an airbnb for one bedroom but i know my dad doesnt have the money to pay for more. I also have no problem sharing a bed as long as there is a divider and my dad knows that. We had to do the same thing the whole month of august when we travelled to visit family in argentina. I see no problem because 1- i know my dad cant afford more 2- there is a divider. Is this weird?
