Cowley Rd Cricket Mural

Does anyone happen to know who owns the building this is painted on or who is responsible for it? I've enjoyed looking at it for over 35 years and it's getting to the point where it's flaking beyond recognition. Not sure what I can do to address this but thought I'd ask if anyone at least knew who would handle it. Apologies for no picture
