Need Advice: Management Blocking My Move-Out Due to Owner’s Pending Maintenance Fees

Hi everyone, I’m currently renting a condo in Malaysia and planning to move out soon, but the management is telling me I can’t move because the maintenance fees are still unpaid by the owner. As a tenant, I’ve been following up with the owner but haven’t had any luck so far. There are only 2 days left before my move-out date. The management is blocking my move because of these pending fees, but I’m not responsible for paying them. Has anyone faced a similar situation? What can I do in this case? Can management legally prevent a tenant from moving out due to unpaid maintenance fees by the landlord? Any advice on how to handle this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
