Help me decorate my workspace antiwork stylez!

I was quite happy with my job at the beginning of the year. I'm good at it somehow! I've been a well respected and rewarded agent for this company I've been with for over ten years. There is no short list of management who I have annoyed into rage quitting, had fired or demoted due to how they approach labour disputes with me. My old manager who is now a friend and lowly shift worker like myself has stated that he gives new managers a warning not to fuck with me. He did not do this with a new manager due to him not respecting her. To keep it brief she crossed some lines today, tomorrow I have a training session with her and a group of agents. I always make up an excuse to not turn on my webcam, but I'd like to stare bullets at this manager and I'd like to decorate the part of my home they will see with antiwork decoration.

I have a large anarchist flag (I'm an anarchist). I have lots of anarchist and Marxist literature in softcovers, I have some small dead Kennedys posters.

If you could decorate two walls 3-5feet long with stuff that wouldn't get you in shit, but would allude to the idea that you are anti hierarchy, anti work and don't have respect for the company, how would you decorate?
