Is it possible to know when a new stock is added/removed from an ETF say SPMO ?

Is it possible to know when a new stock is added/removed from an ETF say SPMO ? I want to see when stocks like NVDA were added and if I want to double down on those stocks as they are picking steam..Do EFT company inform or is it secretive ?
