Chase ink questions (I know it’s been beaten to death)

Hey yall,

I recently got the csp with the 100k sub and I just saw the offer for the Chase ink cards 90k sub. I want to churn these using my rent payments but would still be a little under the $6k in 3 months.

Do they flag any sort of purchases that are not business related? Ie; groceries, restaurants?

Do I need to have a profitable business? I’ve done DoorDash in the past but I don’t know what kind of records I’d need.
