Verifier address

I was able to contact one of my verifiers who agreed to verify my work but it has been a few years and they don’t work there anymore. Should I ask for their home address or add the address of the place I/they worked during that time? And if they don’t feel comfortable to share the personal address?

Can someone confirm this for me please??
