Selection of Houston Area Centralized Examination Station

This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of Title 19, Part 118 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Area Port of Houston/Galveston advises the importing community of the selection of East Coast CES, as operator of a Centralized Exanimation Station (CES) for the Port of Houston.

Effective, May 1, 2026, East Coast CES, 9200 FM 1405, Baytown, TX 77523, will commence full CES operations. The CES will be open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
