Has anyone used TOKMAS mossfets before ?

I'm designing 3 phase high current VESC based board and when i was looking for mossfets to use i found those : https://www.lcsc.com/datasheet/C19626223.pdf

Problem is that they have parameters that are looking too good to be true : 500A Continuous current 100V and 1.35mOhm RDS on. When I checked datasheets of similar mossfets from well known brands they have much worse parameters ( https://www.onsemi.com/download/data-sheet/pdf/nvbls1d7n10mc-d.pdf ) and they are more expensive. I know that parts from china are often counterfeited but i don't know how often Chinese manufacturers lie in their datasheets. If someone knows something i would be thankful for advice.
