Should I get a new hairstylist?

So, basically this Saturday I'm getting my hair done by this girl I've went to a couple of times. Her prices are affordable, but I see overtime when she does my hair the work get sloppy, and my middle is always crooked or the braids in the front are uneven. So, this Saturday I was think that I would basically tell her to take her time with my hair. Because I see she does my cousin hair and it always comes out good and small, but when it comes to my hair the lengths are uneven on each side, the braids are giving small, medium, and large. The girls that usually come by her they're always late, rude, and never wanna pay. But, I show her grace and I tip her, so I kinda find it disrespectful that she keeps playing in my hair. How can I bring this up with her? Should I be bossy, but I dont want to come off as rude? Also, this the last time I’m going to her because I'm broke on a budget.
