LONG POST - MA Journey @ 11 weeks (delayed WOW shipping, full MA and post-MA experience)

Please take everything with a grain of salt, IM SHARING BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. Would like to remind everyone to pls do a research on your own din. Our bodies are delicate most especially at this time kaya please don't risk making hasty decisions huhu try to research and/or ask dito sa subreddit natin as much as possible. I'm also sharing my exp din para sa mga mistakes ko na we could all learn from huhu. Skip sa August 10 if ur only curious about the MA day experience:)

2nd week of July - dapat magkakaroon na ako but I was complacent cos I had a preg scare din last May (huhu never again) regular period ako but I thought delayed lang bc of stress. Lowkey may mga suspections na ako like my urine smells diff and has a weird color than usual. Dapat mag test na ako around 5th day of missed period pero got busy (not advisable, dapat talaga ASAP mag PT)

July 20 - tested positive, felt like my whole world crumbled. Kasama ko pa si bf that time. Next day I tested again and still positive like Hindi talaga sya faint line so confirmed :/

July 21 - ordered from WOW, am already 7 weeks at this time. I'm so scared kasi yung iba 1 month pa inaabot but sabi ko tiwala lang din cos aabot pa naman ng before 12 weeks. Or so I thought...

July 22 - got a tracking# this time. Walang araw na hindi ako nag check ng update. As per their email its normal na di na ppost ang tracking sa system for few days. Also read here sa reddit like ung iba umabot 1 week before it got posted

July 26 - as a pregnant anxious woman, walang araw na di ako nag check ng tracking. I emailed WOW again and response lang nila is "it may take 72 hrs or more before tracking info is available". I found a group of girls here in reddit with same case as mine dami din kasi posts about delayed shipping, we made a gc to update everyone. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THIS JOURNEY. We realized almost sabay sabay kami ng date na nabigyan ng tracking# pero wala pa din update huhu

August 6 - am already 10 weeks, so im scared shitless cos if around 1 month pa ang shipping di na aabot sakin, i would be 14 wks already. Im wishing na sana shiniship na sya and its just wala lang update sa system. Kaso hindi talaga :< this day lang nagkaroon ng update, which is "Posting of item" and "item booked" almost 2 weeks ang wait ko pero wala pa din movement sa shipping:(

That's when I know I need to have other options na din. I was desperately scrolling here sa reddit and putting my chances on strangers. TOO MUCH RISKY, I KNOW. Pero I made sure to get a lot of proofs and verifications first before I proceed on buying AGAIN, kasi hindi biro yung another 4k+ mawawala:( I even considered ordering from FPOP pero need din magpa TVS pa and for me i gastos ko sa TVS i deretso gastos ko na lang sa mismong pills huhu sorry

Even when I found a co-redditor to chat and she provided all proofs, skeptical pa din ako. I even asked her to post a photo na may timestamp/date today haha just to prove the package was hers. She offered to do a VC and meetup and I asked her ano RFS and nagkaroon daw sya ng miscarriage prior to her MA. She also ordered from WOW and pinakita nya sakin email + tracking#

August 9 - met up with co-redditor, I appreciate her so much bc we met halfway Kahit from province pa sya. I took Mife mga 2PM. Wala masyado symptoms aside from the usual fatigue

August 10 - nag check in kami ni BF sa Airbnb.

2:30PM - ate food, took bonamine, medicol and pocari

3:15PM - 1st dose of Miso 4x under the tongue (taste is bitter and chalky huhu)

3:30PM - felt stabbing pain cramps, used hot water bag

4PM - I peed, felt SEVERE chills, parang lalagnatin, fingers are numbing Kahit mababa lang yung aircon. Cramps are @ 5/10 (felt mostly in stomach + lower back)

5PM - peed again, tried to sit longer on the toilet, few discharge came out not sure if urine or cervical fluid, cramps are around 3/10

6PM - cramps resumed again, this time 7/10. I pooped (consistency is soft, parang diarrhea) after pooping cramps reached 8/10

615PM - took 2nd dose of Miso 4x

645PM - cramps reached 9 to 10/10, I had to hold/squeeze my bf for the pain. Pinagpapawisan na ko ng malamig bc of the pain :(

7PM - felt like i wanted to vomit BUT TRIED MY BEST NOT TO (it has not been 30 mins since na dissolve completely yung miso) pain is still 9 to 10/10 to the point i'm only closing my eyes & holding my BF with force ... the pain sustained until 1 hr but I learned to do a breathing technique but am literally breathing out loud bc of the pain:(

8PM - cramps only @ 4/10, contractions are minutes apart. I felt bl0od came out but checked the napkin and it was only small amt.

915PM - drank 3rd dose of miso 4x, at this point medyo scared na ako and was skeptical baka i got fake pills kasi di pa din ako nag bbleed. BUT TRUST THE PROCESS LANG TALAGA. it aint over til its over ganern lol

10PM - felt like something popped sa napkin ko, I went to the toilet right away and passed 3 big clots. One is greyish and dark red. Cramps went back to 5/10. I fell asleep after siguro dahil na din sa physical exhaustion ...

1230AM - wokeup with my whole napkin soaked in blood, tumagos din even sa bed. I felt relieved kasi atleast nag bleed na. Sleeping position ko is supine but my knees are up. Went to the toilet and passed 3 big clots again, yung last one, may thread-like clot that I had to manually pull and inspect. Not sure what it was but it felt soft with something inside. What I did wrong on this part is hindi ako sa floor nag sit, para sana makita ko ng buo lahat ng clot. I went to sleep again

230AM - woke up feeling like peeing and pooping at the same time. I did and some clots tagged along. I also noticed a big greyish sac. Slept again after

430AM - woke up to pee, checked my napkin and moderate bleeding na lang sya, almost like a period

630AM - changed my pads, woke up feeling hungry and may occasional cramps/sharp pain pa din mga 4/10 pain

8AM - ate breakfast, occasional cramps and moderate bleeding pa din

12pm - pooped but this time di na sya soft, normal na, bleeding is mild to moderate

After that day I felt symptoms slowly easing, like yung breast tenderness, palaging gutom, etc. Post-MA, intermittent ang bleeding and cramps ko like super unpredictable din talaga. But on my 4th week post MA i was only wearing pantyliner, no need na for pads.

August 21 - saka lang nagka movement sa shipping from WOW:( for customs exam na daw, dispatch to destination country, etc.

August 29 - saka lang nag delivery attempted:( imagine if I risked sa WOW 13 weeks na ako this time. Hindi din na deliver yung package since may work si BF during the time na dineliver (sa address nila ko ipina drop off). No hate to WOW and I know shipping problems ito but it's sad lang din na di natin control yung ganto, kaya best talaga to test early and order early

September 10 - went to phlpost office near me to get the package mismo, paid P112. 1 month post MA and it has been already a week since last ako nag pantyliner:)

If you read up to this point thank you:) Walang may ibang alam ng exp ko na ito, only me, my BF, and my diary. It surely is a stressful experience but totally learned a lot.

If anyone still needs it or is too anxious whether their package from WOW will arrive on time, I'm willing to pay the kindness forward and benta ko din yung akin (TYSM kay ate co-redditor na nag sell sakin huhu). Message me lang and I can provide all the proof u want (photo of the package, unboxing video, ref#, VC) kasi I know inorder ko to sa legal na paraan haha lol. I only prefer meetups around the metro para na din fair and no scams on both of our ends. Congrats sa lahat ng successful MA na and sa mga hindi pa, I wish the best to everyone:)
