Jeff is a great healer if you know how to play him

I see so many people talk bad about Jeff but honestly, a good Jeff can be an invaluable addition to a team that's well put together. Yeah, the ult sucks, but there's no other support that can provide super long distance heals consistently. He can also use his stream to damage enemies while healing if it's directly in line, so you're both damaging and healing at the same exact time. He's not ALWAYS the best option, but I'd honestly say that a GOOD Jeff player can make him one of the best supports. The ult can be really good in situations where your team is overwhelmed or about to die, and vice versa if you wanna break some enemies away from the team to allow them to focus on just a few enemies.
