Q about long term efficacious of non stimulant meds? Not asking for MA.

Medication

Hey guys, I’ve been on Wellbutrin for some time (+1 year), but I’m not really seeing the results I was hoping for, for various reasons. I know Wellbutrin isn’t really an ADHD med, and I’ve heard Strattera is a more common non-stimulant ADHD option. For those of y’all who tried Strattera, did it work long-term, or does it tend to “wear off” after a while? I’ve heard that some meds stop working over time, but I’m not sure if that’s true for non-stimulants too. If Strattera doesn’t end up working for me, my insurance also covers Qelbree, so I’m not that worried about which med is better or recommendations (as that is medical advice) rather I’m looking for some clear up on if meds work years down the road and which ones are just factually less likely to work years later.
