Injections while pregnant

I currently take medication that I inject in my belly biweekly. I used to do the thigh but that became too painful. Does anyone have experience with injections and pregnancy? I’m only 4 weeks now so I’m still squishy, but inevitably it’s going to be harder and harder to pinch. Any tips?
