Spring and buffer recommendations

I'm leaning toward Strike Industries Flat Wire anyone have better suggestions or experience with this spring. Also would appreciate buffer suggestions will be running 10.5 300blk barrel suppressed and unsuppressed, supers, and subs with an agb.
