SEAF soldiers tiny, are we clones?

Was playing a bug city mission the other day and noticed that Helldivers are like at least a foot taller than the SEAF soldiers. And have much more mass to them (not including armor, and I was using light armor) than SEAF soldiers. Any one else notice this? Just an interesting observation that could produce some conspiracy theories👀. Are we clones that were genetically created to be physically stronger and expendable, hence the cryo pods, advanced weapons and combat knowledge, and simplistic/expedited training? Real citizens join and once dead a new clone of them is popped out in their place, but only so many clones can be expended per mission. Why else waist so much ordinance on traitors? They don’t want a rogue clone helldiver wandering around for the enemy or a SE colony to find.
