Is this part of peri?

I'm 39 with no kids and I had some abnormal bleeding which got me started thinking that I might be going through perimenopause already. My sister is 6 years older than me and she's been talking about it for a few years now.

I'm getting so annoyed at things like my husband is so annoying to me lately in that he can't do anything unless I act first. He won't get out of bed unless I get up first, he won't get off the couch unless I do first, he won't do anything unless I tell him to or I start doing it first. It gets me especially annoyed and angry when I'm close to my period.

I have an appointment with my ob but there wasn't anything until October.
