Walkability of CFG Bank Arena?

HI, I am taking my wife and kids to see Adam Sandler and was looking for any information on the walkability of the area. We will be staying pretty close to the venue but it being 10pm when it gets out, I wanted to get peoples advice on walking back to the hotel. Appreciate the help!
