Alta Loma and Cooper Riis Reviews

Please help! My son is 23 and has been struggling with bipolar one with psychotic symptoms for the past five years. He is finally ready to participate in an inpatient mental health treatment program that has a step down component. He has attended Red Oak in the past and did well, but on a two day trip home before transferring to a different facility that was a step down, he became manic and they would not accept him at that time. We are deciding between Alta Loma and Cooper Riis and I cannot seem to find any reviews at all regarding Alta Loma. The fact that I can't find anything about it whether good or bad is sketching me out a little bit. If you have any information, please let me know. I really appreciate your time.
