Had an egd for difficulty swallowing

I've been having a lot of difficulty swallowing and weight loss, delayed stomach emptying and other issues like food getting stuck. I just got done with the egd and they said they found esophagus spasms and it could be EOE. They dilated my esophagus. They also saw evidence in my small bowel that could be celiac disease (both my kids have it, and we presume I do but I haven't been formally diagnosed). Awaiting pathology to confirm but he said my small intestine looked like it could be celiac due to the gross appearance. I only did 4 weeks of gluten challenge to prepare for the test so I hope that was enough.

Does anyone else have EOE? I know the gist of it being an allergic response. Did you ever find out your trigger foods? I just want to be able to eat again!
