I am disabled and the concert place won't accomodate me and let in the pit

I am disabled and use a rollator, I've done loads of concert with it but the Olympia won't let me in the pit at all and well I paid for the pit

I suffer from illness that H has too, it feels so dumb that I can't see them because of our shared disability

can we do something about it ?
