Struggling very bad with fees

I’m struggling really bad to pay school fees. I still haven’t paid off my winter term (2025) and it has outstanding fees overdue, which resulted in them blocking my account and I can’t register for classes or anything. I even asked if there’s a payment plan that can be set up so I can register for classes and then apply for loans and scholarships, and the student financial advisor told me there is nothing she can do.

My parents won’t help me. I haven’t even told them about my outstanding fees and they think I’m currently enrolled in school for the fall. I can’t tell them.

I don’t know what to do. Any advice?
