Do your nparents also have absolutely no etiquette when it comes to what to text and what not?

So my mother informed me about the deaths of people close to be randomly per whatsapp text message. Like... why??

But now I'm honestly disgusted by her. A friend of hers is sick and basically dying. It won't take much longer, maybe a few days or weeks. What does she do? She sends me pictures of said dying friend. No warning. Like... wtf. My mother who acts the weirdest about pictures of herself, who doesn't want even professionally taken pictures of her anywhere online... sends me pictures of her dying friend.

I'm disgusted. I let her know I don't want those pictures. No reply. She's probably offended. But how disgusting is this?! Eww...

I deleted them all btw.
