i have 15 14600k + 5060 ti 16gb

Im currently using a 1080p monitor 280hz asus TUF monitor im debating if i should move up to 1440p or worth it? i play competitive (marvel rivals, rocket league, overwatch 2, fortnite) and does anyone know how much fps i can get on these games if i do switch to 1440p i do play on DLSS performance and ultra performance mode always. i can't find any info about this combo on these settings. best recommendation for 1440p monitors?
